1. Get in touch
Call us on the number at the top of this page or send the quote form. Tell us roughly what needs clearing – the type of property, how many rooms, and anything awkward such as a loft, garage, outbuildings or stairs. Photos are very helpful if you have them.
2. Free quote and fixed price
We can often quote from photos or a video call. For larger jobs we will arrange a visit at a time that suits you. You get a clear, fixed price – the price we quote is the price you pay, unless the job changes (for example, extra rooms are added on the day).
3. Tell us what stays
Let us know anything that must be kept, passed to family or left for a new owner. You can give us a list, put stickers on items, or walk round with us on the day. We also look out for documents, photographs, keys and valuables as we work, and set them aside for you.
4. Clearance day
We arrive at the agreed time with the right size team and vehicle. Floors and doorways are protected, furniture is dismantled where needed, and everything is carried out and loaded carefully. Most homes are cleared in a single day.
5. Sorting, reuse and recycling
After the clearance, items are sorted. Good furniture and household goods are passed on for reuse, recyclable materials are separated, and the rest goes only to licensed waste sites. Find out more on our recycling page.
6. Swept and ready
We finish with a sweep and a final walk-through. If you are not there, we send photos and return the keys to you, your agent or your solicitor. You then pay the agreed price – no deposit and no hidden extras.
No-one at the property?
That is fine. Many of our customers live outside Northumberland. We can collect keys, keep you updated by phone or email and send photos before and after.
