A bungalow cleared for a solicitor acting as executor, with keys collected and returned and photos sent on completion.

The executor was a solicitor and none of the beneficiaries lived locally. The bungalow needed clearing before it could be marketed, and there was a large garden shed and greenhouse.
We gave a written fixed-price quote addressed to the estate, collected keys from the solicitor's office, set aside documents and jewellery, and took down the old greenhouse at the same time.
The property was ready for the estate agent's photographs within the week. Keys, documents and photos were returned to the solicitor along with an invoice for the estate.
